Vegetable Pancakes for Your Breakfast
Ingredients for vegetable pancakes
|All purpose flour||1 cup|
|Baking Powder||Half teaspoon|
|Salt||As per taste|
|Crushed Red Chili||1 tbsp|
|Green Capsicum||1 chopped|
|Green Coriander||Half cup|
Recipe for vegetable pancakes
Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, red chili and egg in it.
Add water in it and mix it properly.
Make a smooth batter as in the picture.
Add all veggies in the batter and mix it well.
Put a little oil in the pan and pour the batter in it.
Turn the pancake after getting golden brown and cook from other side.
Your vegetable pancakes are ready to eat. Enjoy it in your breakfast
