Semolina Porridge (Sooji Kheer)

Ingredients for Semolina porridge

Semolina(sooji) 2 tablespoons
Milk 1 cup
Sugar Half teaspoon
Desi Ghee 2 tablespoons
Green Cardamom 1
Method

Step 1- Take a pan and add desi ghee in it.

Step 2-Add a cardamom or its powder in the ghee

Step 3- Now roast the sooji in the ghee

Step 4-Take a saucepan and add the milk in it.

Step 5-Add the sugar in the milk.

Step 6- when the milk come to boil, add roasted sooji in it.

Step 7-Cook it for 5 minutes

The yummy semolina porridge is ready. Dish it out in a bowl and let it cool.

Sooji kheer without Ghee

Here is another recipe of sooi kheer without ghee.

Sooji 2 tablespoons
Milk 1 cup
Sugar Half teaspoon
Method

Step 1-Take a saucepan and add all ingredients in it. .

Step 2-Cook it for 6-8 minutes

The yummy Semolina porridge is ready. Dish it out in a bowl and let it cool.
