Here is any easy but yummy Ramazan recipe. You can make it in just 20-25 minutes
You can also give it in your kids lunch box.
Egg is a rich source of protein so include one egg daily in your diet. It is also safe to take an egg in the summer season also if you haven’t any egg allergy.

Ingredients of Scotch Eggs recipe

Eggs 4 boiled
Hard boiled potatoes 3-4
Mozzarella cheese (optional) ½ cup
Salt As per your taste
Black pepper 2 pinches
Cumin powder 2 pinches
Finely chopped coriander A handful
Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
For the Coating
Egg 1 beaten
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Oil For frying

 

Method for Scotch Eggs Recipe

Peel the potatoes and boil them
Mash the boiled potatoes
If you are a cheese lover then add cheese in the mash potatoes
Add salt, black pepper, coriander and lemon juice to it.
Mix well to combine everything.
Now take the egg and peel it
Wrap this potato mixture around the egg until the egg is fully covered.
Now dip the scotch egg in beaten egg
 Now dip  in bread crumb bowl
Make all the scotch eggs with this method
 Deep fry on medium flame until golden and crisp from outside.
Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
