Kachay Aalo Kabab by Zainab Butt

In Ramadan people want to make easy snacks so that they can save their time for prayers. I am trying to give you the easy but delicious frozen items recipes. Try this quick and yummy recipe and do let me know in comments.

Ingredients

Take all ingredients

 

Potato 3 medium
Egg 1
Gram flour (Besan) 4 tablespoons
Salt As per taste
Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
Cumin seed 1 teaspoon
Rai ¼ teaspoon
Fenugreek seed (Methi dana) ¼ teaspoon
Onion 1 medium
Fresh green coriander 2 tablespoons
Green chilies 2 crushed
Mint leaves 2 tablespoons
Tomato 1 large

Step by Step Recipe

Take onions, chopped green chilies, tomatoes, green coriander,

2 chamach dhnya podena, 2 kuti hoi hari mirch and 1 pyaz and 1 tamatar lein

1/4 teaspoon Rai, Methi Dana, 1 teaspoon zeera, lal mirch and hasb.e.zaiqa namak dalein

Ye sab kuch aik saf bowl mein dalein and aik anda b dal dein us mein

kachay aalo kabab
Ab us bowl mein 4 baray chamach gram flour yani besan dalein

3 Alo kadokash kar k dalein bowl mein

Achay se mix kar lein sab chezo ko

 

kachay aalo kabab
Pan mein oil garam karein and fry kr lein

kachay aalo kabab are ready

Method for kachay Aalo Kabab

Peel the potato and grate it
Cut the onions and tomato in thick slices
Add all the ingredients in a bowl
Mix it well
Heat the oil and fry kachay aalo  kabab

Kachay Aalo kabab is ready to serve

Serve it with green sauce or ketcup
