Diet Plan 6 Months Babies

Most of the parents introduce solids to their babies at the age of 6 months. In some parts of the world, people start giving purees to their 4 month babies. New mothers become very conscious and sometime little bit worried about their baby health. They always want to know different ways and diet plan 6 months babies to make their baby healthy.

Whenever you introduce solid to your baby, start with the little quantity. Here I am giving you the daily diet plan 6 months babies. So that you can easily know how you can increase the weight of your babies.

Introduce to Solid Food
It’s the day to introduce your baby with the solid food.  You can capture this precious moment of your baby.

  • You can start with the apple puree as it is sweet to the taste.
  • Give two tablespoons of the puree at a time in first 4 days
  • Give 3 tablespoons of the puree in the last three days of the week
  • Always introduce solid in the morning time so that you may come to know if your baby has any allergy.
  • If your baby shows interest in the food, you can give him/her more.
  • If your baby refuses to take solid, don’t force them. You can try the banana puree
  • 2-4 ounce liquid in the form of water, juice or soup per day is important for 6 month babies.
  • Don’t give more than 4 ounce liquid to the baby
